  1. Offer Organizer: This Offer is organized and administered by Smithers-OASIS® India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “OASIS®”), having its registered office at Plot 10, MIDC, Industrial Area, Taloja, Dist: Raigad - 410208, Maharashtra, India.
  2. Offer: Customers can get cashback on the purchase of an OASIS® Floral Foam Box and upon fulfilling the requirements specified under clause 6. This Offer is open to all individuals residing in the Delhi NCR region of India.
  3. Eligibility: To participate in this Offer, you (collectively referred to as “You”) must: (a) Have a valid and active UPI account in India at all times. (b) Be of or above 18 years of age. (c) Reside in the Delhi NCR region of India. (d) The cashback offer applies exclusively to boxes displaying the "Scan, Spin, and Win" promotion.
  4. Agreement to Terms: By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements specified by OASIS®.
  5. Eligibility Criteria for Cashback: (a) Purchase an OASIS® Floral Foam Box to receive a coupon code inside the box. (b) Scan the coupon code to access the Spin and Win feature. (c) Each spin will guarantee cashback up to ₹100. (d) The Offer is applicable only for purchases made within the Term and cannot be combined with any other promotions. It is a limited period offer.
  6. Cashback Claim Process: (a) Customers must complete the spin and follow the on-screen instructions to claim their cashback. (b) The cashback amount will be credited to the customer's registered UPI account within 48 working hours after verification
  7. General Terms: i. The Offer is valid for a limited period, as specified in Clause 5. ii. This Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for any other merchandise. iii. OASIS® reserves the right to revoke this Offer and disqualify any customer from receiving cashback in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions. iv. In the event of technical issues or other disruptions that affect the Offer, OASIS® will not be liable for any resulting losses or damages. v. The cashback may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be borne by the customer.
  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold OASIS® harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in this Offer or violation of these terms.
  9. Personal Information: By participating in this Offer, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. OASIS® may share this information with third parties for purposes related to the Offer.
  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Offer.
